Introducing the newest addition to the 17 by 17 Project! I knew that I wanted to do something with traveling and blogging and what better way that to chronicle any trips I take from here on out. I've grown up traveling and it just seems like by now it's in my nature. When I was four years old, we moved from our native country of Bulgaria to the States to live in Lexington, KY. However, we only stayed for two short years before moving across the Atlantic once again but this time we relocated to Barcelona, Spain for my father's work. Again, we were wrong to think we had settled down. After yet another two years, we moved one final time across the Atlantic back to Lexington and have stayed here ever since. With that in mind, I've been traveling across countries since I was four and by the time I was six I knew three languages. However, after almost twelve years in the States, I've learned to call Kentucky my home away from home.

Even though I've already done plenty of moving around and traveling, I don't ever plan on stopping. There are so many places I want to see - London, Thailand, Venice, Australia, Tokyo, the list goes on. In fact, I've even entertained the idea of taking a gap year between my undergraduate and graduate to go back to Europe and live for a year and see what I've been missing out on all these years. There's something comforting about returning to something you know so well, but here's also something incredibly exhilarating about exploring new things as well. Thus, I'm never going to stop visiting both old and new places and taking advantage of everything the world has to offer. I've also considered becoming a flight attendant for that very same reason! I think I could do - I would constantly be seeing new things, and I would definitely have plenty of time to write about them and expand on what I hope is my future career as a writer.

Regardless, I digress. I introduce the When In... project in the hopes that you'll enjoy my travels as much as I do. Cheers to exploring the world!
