When in Florida - Day 6

Now let me just apologize in advance for all the photos I'm about to bombard you with...

Today we made it to Downtown Disney!

 It was a pretty regular day over here -- wake up, breakfast, hit the pool, lunch, then hit the town. Tonight we got dolled up (at least us girls did) and we checked out what else Disney had to offer. We went all out, visited all the shops, Lego Land, peeked into the T-Rex restaurant which apparently requires reservations months in advance (??), listened to tons of street musicians, did some people watching, and I picked out a couple of souvenirs for the parents. The only shame was that we didn't get to climb into the huge hot air balloon even though we really wanted to. Then there was dinner at the Rainforest Cafe and then a quick pit stop to buy caramel apples in the shape of Monsters Inc. characters. Day well spent? I'm going to have to go with yes on that one.
