Let’s see, what all has happened this week…
-Totally aced my Calculus quiz with a 105%!
-Totally flunked my Environmental test…though that was a given
-While on the subject of Environmental class, a small group of us finally went to an administrator to talk about the situation in that class and hopefully something will get done about it.
-I lead my first session as Lead Consultant for our Writing Center! Even though no one came to be helped, it was still pretty empowering;)
-The laptop is sold! I can’t wait to upgrade to a new one!
-Tomorrow, we are having French food for lunch, which basically means a Crepe party with all the fixings. Not too shabby for last minute ideas!
-Saturday is National Museum Day so everybody, go take advantage of FREE admission to ANY museum in the US!
-A package I had been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks finally came in!! It’s so stunning, it deserves a post of its own.
I can’t think of much else that has happened…
This weekend, I’m really hoping to get a majority of my college applications finished, upgrade the blog and work on adding some more personality and substance and, oh, I plan on finishing up the second chapter of my book! The first chapter is done, read, and edited, and is now ready for a third opinion! I’m so excited - it’s going slow because I don’t have much time to write, but it’s still going better than I thought it would! I’m thinking about making a link to an online/digital version of the book so far, or just posting it on wattpad….still weighing my options…
