Today, I got to spend some time with this fella! He is literally one of the most adorable kids I’ve ever met. He wanted me to take pictures of him swinging so that’s what we were doing when he got hot so he went inside to change. He comes back out in a minute and the first thing he says is, “Okay! We need to take more pictures now because I have a different outfit on!” It was great:) Also, we listened to this video about 25 times, killing my internet, yet it never got any less funny.
The Multitude of Things Dad and I did Today:
-Watched Craigslist Joe, a documentary about a guy living only off Craigslist for a month.
-Made wine.
-Dyed my shoes in some leftover wine. (We sure know how to party on a Saturday!;))
-Went to the mall, mostly to walk around, but then we remembered my pictures were hanging up so we went and saw those.
-Had a father-daughter dinner date.
Safe to say we bonded a lot today!
While he mowed the lawn today, I rediscovered The Sims and have been playing on the laptop. I used to be obsessed with this game and now I remember why! Only shame is that you can’t build houses on the app, which is my favorite thing to do. Also, the final season of Skins is out on Netflix and I’m already 4/6 episodes into it. This is bad, I want to watch, but I don’t want it to end! This show is by far my favorite - it’s absolutely brilliant, and not a single episode has left me with a dry eye. The show is just pure genius.
