Second, it would not be a Lukovi family weekend without a trip to Cincinnati, now would it? My friends always mock me saying that we go practically every other week, and to the same places nonetheless, but it's actually kind of true to be honest haha. So this weekend, with far away relatives in tow, we made the trip we know so well one more time. The classic route: German restaurant by the pier, Newport for the view, IKEA for the Swedes, and Gap Clearance Store just cause it's tradition (the deals dont hurt either. I mean, $2 brand new Gap jeans?? Heck yes!)
So we dilly-dallied, we ate some food, shopped a bit, and walked around a lot. The weather wasn't the most favroable, but at least the rain held off until we were on our way back home. And I drove to-and-fro Lexington to Cincy, and my grandma whose never been in a car with me only freaked out once. I say that's a mission well accomplished;) As usual, we got home super late, super tired, and crashed almost immediately. But it was a Tuesday off well spent.
