Alright, where to begin....
Prom just happened, yesterday to be exact.
As did mine and my mom's birthdays, the 16th and the 18th respectively.
We just got back from New York not even a week ago.
And that is why this week's photo is taken from that trip, specifically the Met.
I mean, just look at how excited I am, sticker stuck proudly on my shirt and clutching my map. Can you say art history major in the making;)

I know, I know, this post is all over the place, and we didn't do anything exciting on my birthday (or mom's even) except go out to a family dinner so there wasn't anything to post. So I guess I'll just talk now! I'm 17! *insert sunglasses emoji here* Which is awesome because 17, but kinda not awesome because all of my friends are turning 18 (and 19 actually) and I'm still behind the curve. But who cares because it's just one year away, baby;)

So, may my happiness at being in the Met be infectious, and go forth and be merry this week!
