The post-snow light that filtered into my room today was out of this world, so I took advantage of it.
An uncharacteristic self-portrait this week. It's probably for the best though considering that all of these snow days have really taken a toll on my ability to care about my appearance. Its been a pajamas and baggy shirts till noon type of weekend around here as we've stayed couped up at home. However all that ends tomorrow as the parents head off to work and I, unfortunately, have to once again go to school...sigh. At the beginning, I thought these snow days were a godsend - oh how naive I was. Truth be told, when you're snowed in, with no ability to transport yourself anywhere, and only a limited supply of entertainment at home you run out of things to do real quickly. So as sad as I am to bid farewell to my nice long 11-day break, I also welcome a nice change of pace and something else to do that doesn't involve sitting on my couch at home.
