Freedom for the next three days! Long weekends are the absolute best because you get to sleep in, you wake up and the parents are at work so the house is nice and quiet, and then you get to relax all day! I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow:)
Today absolutely flew by, probably because everyone was too excited to get out of the building! However, today my original beliefs that Art History would be my favorite class were reaffirmed when we were told that we would get to make Stone Henge out of rice krispies, then eat them(!), right after we played an intense game of Art History musical chairs. The game included frantic scrambling for chairs, a lot of stumbling, some cursing, and a whole ton of tripping over people’s legs and laughing. This game is something we will be playing to learn famous artworks from every chapter. Best class ever<3 Plus, I’m already fundraising for New York so that’s in the works too!
As for my weekend plans, they are a lot more exciting than they have been in a while.
Besides boring school work and stuff around the house, tomorrow a dear friends is teaching me yoga and then I am having a TV show marathon with 2 other friends (still undecided on what show to watch) Saturday, I get to see my friend that came back from Bulgaria and catch up with him, which is always fun. And lastly, Sunday I will spend part of my day hiking. This weekend is going to be great!:)
((Clearly, I have too much fun around cameras and funky lighting and should not be allowed near either))
